More about Chisel

I’m an Irish software engineer, but usually not working on games. I've gotten a touch addicted to Arma 3 in the last year, and have turned my hand to mod and mission development. I mostly play antistasi on the YLS servers. Helicopter flight in Arma really caught my attention. Somewhere along the line, trying to make my landings less embarrassing turned into building tools: a landing trainer with an action replay, a live flight HUD, and whatever else helps untangle why an approach went sideways.

This site is where I write about what I build. The design decisions, the weird SQF quirks, what worked, and what broke in spectacular fashion. If you code, fly, land, or crash in Arma 3, hopefully some of it will be useful to you too.
